Oh! I’ve been saving a list for when you come across my feed!!! For your ice cream sandwich journey: doughlicious makes salted caramel and a cinnamon churro ice cream ball, I believe it’s Kroger/Ralph’s that has seasonal ice cream bars with the kind of wafer cookies in egg nog that didn’t have chocolate, and the brand holiscoops makes a cookie ice cream sandwich in snickerdoodle (they are called cookie dough discos)
