My sister has been using carob in cake for years and years now. She would buy carob chocolate bars for baking from the health food store. Are they not that accessible in America ?

Oh! I’ve been saving a list for when you come across my feed!!! For your ice cream sandwich journey: doughlicious makes salted caramel and a cinnamon churro ice cream ball, I believe it’s Kroger/Ralph’s that has seasonal ice cream bars with the kind of wafer cookies in egg nog that didn’t have chocolate, and the brand holiscoops makes a cookie ice cream sandwich in snickerdoodle (they are called cookie dough discos)
