An update on my own breastfeeding journey 🤍 Because even at 6 months, things can change. Lately, I’ve been dealing with nipple pain, and honestly… it hasn’t been fun. I’ve been working really hard to figure out what’s causing it and how to improve it. And yes—even as an infant feeding counselor, I got help and sought a second opinion. And that’s exactly what I want other moms to remember: ✨ Get help early. ✨ Don’t ignore pain. ✨ One issue doesn’t tell the whole story. ✨ And having a difficult season doesn’t mean your breastfeeding journey has to end. Sometimes we need to pause, reassess, ask more questions, and get another perspective.
