Never trust the geometric centre, optical centre is always a few pixels off. 4. Layer it: h1 at z-index 1, product at z-index 2, then a duplicate of the h1 at z-index 3 with clip-path: inset(0 0 0 62%) so only the letters after the product show on top. Now the watch sits inside the word instead of on it. 5. The scale ring behind it: one SVG circle, stroke-dasharray '2 14', stroke-width 1, opacity 0.25.
