It targets the rear delts (the back of your shoulders) — helping you build strength, stability, and that rounded, 3D shoulder look. This is this client’s first time ever doing it and it takes TIME to learn this movement and get used to it!⁣ ⁣ Here’s how to do it ⤵️⁣ ✅ Set cables around face height (this can vary per person a bit)⁣ ✅ Step back, stagger your stance, brace your core⁣ ✅ Lead with elbows, not hands⁣ ✅ Pull the rope to your eyes, not your chest⁣ ✅ Rotate thumbs slightly back to squeeze your rear delts (make a “W” shape)⁣ ✅ Control every rep — no jerking, no ego lifting⁣ ⁣ And hey… let’s just say this movement teaches great pulling mechanics in more ways than one 😉🥲⁣ ⁣ (Also, I hope ya’ll never take my humor too seriously.
