I’ve only had to use it once in my whole 8.5 years so far. Only time with other pressors I had an Aline with an actual pressure. Such a fun time 😳

Imagine this.. all pressors + angio2 (mind you I was running it at the highest dose, so it ran out q2h), CRRT (doc came and asked me to start pulling.. I was like pull what? 😭), about 15 bicarb pushes (despite being on undiluted bicarb drip), all vitals barely hanging on, and the worst part.. full code 😳 I’m sure there was more but PTSD is blocking it out. I still think about that shift from time to time
