But hear me out. This happened to me after a Bach trip last month and I’ve never expierenced anything like this. Ended up in the ER with a “panick attack” and was placed with heart monitor for 2 weeks. I also got a cold after and these symptoms continued for a couple weeks! Are you feeling any better?

Caffeine from like a monster or an alani makes me feel like this and then I get a blinding headache alllll day, had to switch to just iced coffee.

I actually added mini protein bars and jerky sticks to my kit along with tums, ibuprofen etc cause once I feel lightheaded it quickly goes 0 to 100 😅

I was mixing coffee and red bull when I was working and on a Saturday morning I woke up with my heart racing like crazy I felt like I was going to pass out. I had to go to the hospital and that's when I found out that one of my thyroids wasn't functioning properly so no caffeine for me 😅
