JR dulunya bumn jepang tapi terlilit utang makanya dipecah jadi beberapa bagian dan beberapa perusahaan dijual ke publik. ya kondisinya mirip² lah sama indonesia skrg KAI skrg punya beberapa anak usaha ada yg msh jadi beban ada jg yg menghasilkan laba gede. bagusnya woosh dijual ke publik aja lumayan buat nutup utang.
