Im all for criticizing racists that claim EVERYTHING is because of Europe, but im against claims that would indicate that Europe itself done nothing, just funneling resources, it’s vastly inaccurate because countries like Germany or Austria didn’t need overseas colonies to industrialize, there is just no correlation there, sure it’s easier, but it’s not a necessary requirement. As a fun fact: up until 1700’s world (excluding new world) was developing pretty equally

Saying that colonialism is the reason why countries are underdeveloped is just wrong. Mslasya was a colony, the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Canada. All of those gained independence after ww2, same with the vast majority of Africa
