I just started on Estrogen patches, 0.0375 mg and progesterone 100 mg nightly. Having trouble losing weight. I am 57, walk over 10,000 steps daily.

Just had a hysterectomy in June due to endometriosis and adenomyosis. They left one ovary, but took everything else. Since my surgery, I’ve had what feels like I’m on my period( but of course not). I have a pressure feeling in my pelvis area and I can’t tell if it’s a UTI or not. I’ve been to the dr and they tested me with no UTI. It’s the weirdest thing! I also have gained 18 pounds this past year with I’m guessing hormonal shifts. Best part- no pain though!
