Ive been thru it 1,5 years now still always tired. But i have 3 kids so i guess it takes longer.. but its always my head keeps thinking will i ever feel better.. keeps me stick

It’s the lack of sleep for me just going through all the tasks I need to do and stress of Xmas but then i feel like a failure if I don’t push myself it’s such a viscous circle 😞 don’t know where to begin to rest

My doctor has yesterday advised she is sure I have adhd but cannot diagnose because the council area I am in are not accepting referrals anymore, been living with this for years and am just getting answers, going down the private route

I’m not sure if mine was an adhd burn out but all I no is I’ve been in a hole for a few weeks now and my anixty took over for a while and my forts was crazy I felt like I was going crazy and I couldn’t do normal thing around the house or leave my bed

This is true! Meds are helping me but I still get it some days bad but not as much with the medication! With out it was getting burnout 3/4 times a day 😏
