Small portions. The paved highway to the body of my dreams. Eat less. In some cases- a lot less. I have been a professional overeater as I am an artist and very sensory. Yes, sometimes you have that "more is more" personality.😂😂 I can now wear the outfits I want to. I still eat sweets, cake, desert but small portions. You can still eat- just stop overeating.

I work at a restaurant and bakery and believe me it’s a challenge everyday. Sometimes I just want all the baked and fried food but I remind myself how i’ll feel after I eat them

For anyone wondering…. Discipline is NOT restricting… it’s learning how to raise dopamine through other activities vs food. Binge eating is a lack of dopamine in the brain not a lack of discipline.

you're so right ! what i did was:
1. it's ok to feel hunger sometimes, why eat now at 11am when you're going to eat lunch in an hour.
2. if I dont feel hungry during lunch or dinner hours, I dont eat - might be later - and that's ok.
3. the healthier I eat, the less I desire unhealthy food.
4. nope, I dont need to buy chocolate now to go with my coffee.

If I'm really craving something I tell myself I'll have it tomorrow. If I'm still craving the same food the next day, I'll have it and get it out of my system. If I'm not craving it the next day, it was just food noise.

For my audhd brain when I did this I gave myself an ED. “Control” or intuitive eating do not work for those without introception and rigidity of thinking. Just for any viewers who haven’t realised that these rules and absolutes don’t work for all neurotypes!
