We called that crockpot chicken. Served over rice with corn and added milk and butter to make a gravy. Family favorite for sure!

I use a whole box of chicken broth then add a bag of egg noodles and a bag of frozen mixed veggies about an hour and a half before eating. It’s like a thick chicken noodle soup.
