@coffeeeallalone: Making it my mission to find the best milk for latte art. While fresh milk gives the most stable foam, sometimes you just don’t have a box in the fridge, so I tried something different. This milk powder experiment actually worked great! The art isn’t as stable as with regular milk, but it’s still smooth and pretty. ‼️Always use full cream milk powder (not tea whitener!)…I used Olpers. Here’s how: • Add 4 big scoops of full cream milk powder • Pour in room temperature water up to the dent on your milk pitcher • Start steaming at an angle — let a vortex form and spin fast • Once it forms, lower the pitcher slightly to add air • Then bring it back up to let the vortex mix the air evenly And that’s it. A surprisingly good milk texture for latte art when you’re out of fresh milk. . . . . . #LatteArt #CoffeeHack #BaristaTips #HomeCafe #MilkPowderHack
