Yeah i just visit the quieter neighbourhoods before it’s too late … 2010-2016 was awesome than it started getting crowded and got worst post Covid

Yes! This is what I loved when I was staying in Ikebukuro for a few weeks. Evenings strolling into small bars, little shops, relaxing. Fukuoka was that way for me too
