Idk if I agree with this. She’s mentally unwell. Schizophrenia is a serious mental illness and if she’s in psychosis putting her in jail will exacerbate it. She will probably act out in jail honestly. She needs help not to be locked up. Take her to the hospital on a 5150 and then she can get the help she desperately needs. Criminal charges won’t fix this.

They’re playing fast and loose with the resisting charge, I think. If cops had better training in dealing with mental health issues, she would have gone to a hospital instead of jail. Even after he knew she had mental issues he was completely unconcerned-just kept trying to pile in the charges

What is wrong with this cop you could tell there’s not something right with her when she just said why and she drove by him and drove through the park on the grass and that her mom just told him that she’s getting analyzed and tested for schizophrenia and whatever elseand he tells that guy the other man I don’t know why because she’s not in her right mind why would you lie about that?

Sometimes, family needs this to happen. What happened yesterday for the cops to come out and “schedule” the mobile schizophrenia unit? “She took the car by force, basically”. So…she stole her sisters car? Was she running from the evaluations?

St John's county is the worst, I went to prison from there 20 years ago, and they put a lien on my DL for court cost, then won't let me pay it because it's been so long. make that make sense
