they are all reusable. you just heat them so they release the moisture. this box probably just has a small usb-powered heating element inside.

I don't think it recharges them, probably uses heat or something to dry them by evaporating humidity in the beads

You can put the packets in the microwave to “recharge” them. The moisture that was absorbed evaporates away and it can absorb again.

I learned the hard way. bought my first full frame mirrorless and went up to Ruby Beach on the Olympic peninsula. Loved my pictures but camera was not operational for weeks.bought some silica packs on Amazon. saved me.
