I prefer gulp alive minnows. I can fish them on a jig head or just under a bobber. Have even caught catfish in them. If this lure had the scent of gulp alive, I would switch over 100%

how does the sinker being pegged that far above the bait work? you wouldn't even be able to feel the crappie because they're so soft mouthed. unless of course you're using a live scope and then you don't even have to wait to feel it
