The choice for Kate’s hair (+ her overall look) to be disheveled absolutely SHOULD be talked about. I wrote part of my Grad thesis about this character + the privilege she assumes to show up as a white, a woman who is “too busy” to care about her image. the message Kate sends is intentional.

This season is another fantastic season. Watched the entire thing in two nights. Keri is such a fantastic actress - I completely believe her in this role and continue to think she deserves a lot more accolades than she gets. This was an Emmy worthy performance.
