MonaLisa Touch is a fractional CO2 laser treatment that uses laser energy to stimulate collagen production and tissue regeneration in the vulva and vagina, showing promise as a secondary treatment for lichen sclerosus (LS) by reducing inflammation, itching, and burning. While potent corticosteroid creams are the established first-line treatment for LS, the laser offers a hormone-free, non-invasive option with minimal side effects and excellent results for many patients, though more treatments than for other conditions may be needed. I got 3 rounds in 1 year and now an ´upkeep´ once a year. helps with uti´s, lubrication, itching, husband can totally tell the difference! and it ´s reimbursed for my cancer patients! ❤
