@crmnallyobsessed: A Florida police sergeant’s dash camera captured a heart-stopping moment recently as a small child was running alone in traffic on a busy highway in the middle of the night. Police say the child, who has developmental delays, escaped his home despite safety precautions the family had in place. Sgt. James Shields spotted the child just as a car nearly hit him, turned his patrol car around, and sprinted to pull the child to safety. Thanks to his quick action, the child made it home unharmed.
