not sure how I feel about that kitchen situation. I HATE the open "laundry hallway" and that primary bedroom seemed small and ordinary. for 2.4M, it should feel much grander than the other bedrooms

Great job showing the place! But a note to the designers: just no. There are so many impractical and inefficient ways space is used in this plan that are just soooooo…. pretentious. Human design > ArchDigest spreads
