Really? I’ve been a 8-12 cups of coffee drinker since 1988. My teeth look nothing like that. I did switch the decaf this past March however.

Why are we spreading misinformation? Yes, sipping on coffee WILL cause cavities. But those pictures aren’t showing that. It’s to showing recession and also some type of enamel that was damaged due taking medication at a young age. Great message, wrong pictures to get the message across.

What he is saying in laymen terms that the longer sugar sits on the teeth the more it erodes the enamel. This is not information for black coffee drinkers but the candy tasting coffee. You can do this with eating all day as well. 🙏🙏🙏
