I’m doing this now after being bread crumbed for two months. I’m finally ready for peace. I’m on day 6, not easy but I can feel it’s becoming peaceful. Still trying to calm my mind from thinking about them. Wish me luck.

I'm going through it right now 😪 (less than 24hrs). I want to reach out so bad, but instead I got up to go to the gym, book a facial appointment, manicure and pedicure. Try to keep busy, but it's so freaking hard.
