My dermatologist told me to not use corticosteroids on my face because it thins the skin. She prescribed Elidel for eczema on my face. I do use a strong corticosteroid on the rest of my body as needed. Skin bleaching sounds painful. I hate that American beauty standards don’t value rich skin colors.

Right around 2012 I was looking at brightening products on Amazon and somehow ended up on Amazon India...and was shocked at all the bleaching creams offered!
