2024 was the first year the Grand Highlander came out. Never buy a brand new build type. They don’t have the kinks worked out. Wait a year or two.

2024 Lexus GX overtrail. Been in the shop 4 times for phantom braking issues. Lexus technicians don’t know how to properly repair it. There is also a tsb which requires all brake parts to be replaced but parts have not been available going on 6 months

You may need to get a lawyer for Toyota. Toyota is very difficult when you’re pursuing a lemon law with them.

We bought our dream car, a 2024 Toyota platinum highlander and I’ve had countless issues with it. Our local dealership hates to see me coming. In a sad sense, I’m glad we’re not alone in dealing with this unfortunate situation when we spent so much money for high end, reliable cars.

toyota isn't liable its the dealership you are tied to. put them on blast. and to get your vehicle lemon lawed it has to be same issue 3 times in order for it to be by law they have to replace or buyback

None of the car manufacturers are reliable this days..I drive 2023 Honda pilot.it has too many issues.it has 20000 miles on it.

when Toyota decided to put hybrid engines in everything, I feel the quality went down. I love my 2014 4runner and I don't think I'll get anything newer bc of the new engines

I’ve been reading so much bad about Toyota and Honda lately. We test drove a new 23 grand hylander and we loved it but just couldn’t justify the price. Ended up gong with a slightly used 22 explorer and it’s been absolutely flawless. So far I’m glad we made that decision. I remember reading back in 2020 or 2021 reading a statement released by Toyota saying they would be producing their vehicles with imperfect parts

My brother bought a 2024 new grand highlander platinum and axles needed replacing after driving 750 miles. Inner Rubber door seals worn on driver door after 3000 miles. More noises began and dealership kept giving run around. He traded it in. It was an absolute beauty but Toyota doesn’t seem to be what it once was

You can trust Toyota. You have to wait a few years before buying a brand-new car that was just built. The first year cars aren't always the best. The same issues happened with Mazda CX-90
