Bored of lunch? Not with this Beef and Chimichurri Folded Wrap! 🌯 
 Ingredients: 125g beef mince 1 tsp Mingle Seasoning Meat All Rounder 1 Tbsp Olive oil ¼ red capsicum ¼ red onion 1 slice Colby cheese Chimichurri sauce: 1/4 long red chilli, finely sliced 1 ½ tbsp parsley, finely chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp vinegar 1. Shape your beef mince into a triangular patty. Add olive oil to a frying pan over high heat, and cook the patty for about 3 minutes per side or until a Maillard reaction has formed. 2. Sauté the capsicum and red onion on a low heat until softened. 3. Mix the chimichurri ingredients together until well combined. 4. Slice the tortilla from the bottom center to the midpoint. Place ingredients in these quadrants: • Bottom Left: Chimichurri • Top Left: Beef patty • Top Right: Capsicum and onion • Bottom Right: Cheese 1.  Fold the chimichurri (bottom-left) up, then right over the slaw, then down over the cheese to form a triangle. 2. Heat in a dry pan or sandwich press for 1–2 minutes per side until the wrap is crispy and the cheese has melted. #foldedwrap #beef #lunch
