Life longer New Yorker here. The Pod on 39th street is a great budget boutique hotel. Small rooms, no frills, but very clean and in a safe area.

Highly recommend the Hyatt Place NY/Chelsea! We stayed here for 8 nights and this was our view, and just under $2k. For that view it was worth it! ✨ The room was spacious enough for my husband and I to have two large travel bags on the floor (which is a hard find in NYC!). The staff were great, plenty of subways close by, not to mention a 7th St Burgers, Blank St Coffee, Crumbl were all just around the corner! ✨

We are just back from NY yesterday and stayed in the New Yorker. On arrival they gave us a free upgrade from a double metro room to a family suite with a balcony! The view we had was amazing. I would definitely recommend the New Yorker, perfect location for all the tourist spots.

The hotel I stayed at in NYC is now a migrant/homeless hotel the last time I checked. Shame as it was a fantastic location! Row NYC.

When I come I always stay at the Intercontinental Times Square. The location is just off Times Square but access to the rest of the city is fantastic. The hotel has such a friendly vibe and I always feel so welcomed. ❤❤❤
