I think it is shameful they asked! Going out in uniform and on duty for take away???? I wonder how manny ambulance emergency calls were out standing in Brighton and hove at the time? They could help by making a response. Help people off the floor but no they go out for fish and chips. I get that I don’t know the back story but come on .

As a firefighter myself I think it is wrong him expecting discount. Our job can be challenging at times and other times we don't turn a wheel. Using our position for discounts isnt on in my opinion.
