I've always used packaging tape to do a poor boys laminate front and back attaching it to a plastic dealer plate. 😅

Get a Ziploc bag storage bag put that paper plate in the bag fold the excess bag back out the way and tape that to the back of the bike the plate is displayed the rain and the wind won’t be able to destroy it
