no i dont think so its a gender thing, i also isolate myself when i feel stress. its more like a childhood thing maybe, when as a child u want to share ur burden/stress with someone and no one is there for u or u feel neglected by them, so with passege of time u learn to dependant on urself to process ur emotions.
