Perché i giovani si ispirano guardando chi crede in ciò che fa, chi sceglie con coerenza, chi trasmette con l’esempio più che con le parole. Ogni piatto è una piccola scelta, ogni scelta, se autentica, può diventare.. come dico da sempre un gesto d’amore verso il futuro.
