Agreed. People focus too much on what area of law to get into. Just start your own practice, really doesn’t matter what area. I know very small law firms (1 lawyer and 1 or 2 paralegals) that are pulling in millions every year… all different areas.

You knew more as a 3L than I did as a 3L lol fortunately still feel like I did well once I became a lawyer. I would like to add that even though I do agree in a way on your list…remember that financial success doesn’t always feel great. Make sure that you don’t end up miserable chasing money. Life’s too short for that. Try to get a balance of both
