Instead of accutane, why don’t you try spironolactone? It has to be prescribed by your doctor. I started spironolactone earlier this year and in a matter of 2 months my skin had almost fully cleared and i wasn’t getting breakouts during my period. Your breakouts are definitely worse than mine, but i’d say give it a try! I also was doing a prescribed tretinoin cream, maybe that could help as well!
