@tilecoach: Can this Dekton shower be saved??? Today we get a call about a client that has had problems with his slab shower installation and needs my help to get the problems rectified, but have I gotten in over my head? Watch as I discuss options with the homeowner on how to get his shower finished… #tilecoach #sacramento #dekton #bathroomremodel #contractorsoftiktok
Super picky client. Would be best for you to avoid. Their expectations are unrealistic

I would run from that customer. Been doing tile for 30 years and some jobs just are worth the headache . Some jobs I just won’t touch.

This comment section is not it... if you pay for something to be done, it deserves to be done right. Have pride in your work, trade skills are a lost art.

People always expect every line to be perfect. Tile work is so hard.

Imo to rip that out over an 1/8 of an inch and a couple joints that aren’t perfect is wild. And he’s so certain about ripping it out. Sounds like maybe he has buyers remorse and wants a way out

i like the way you approach this situation, you don't talk trash about the work was done instead offered a solution to salvage what is there already

full slab difficult to impossible to get perfect. No room is 100 square. 1/16 off on tile is easy fix

It’s the worst feeling in the world when the customer already has their mind set up to completely restart. Especially when you know it can be fixed

This is for any tile professionals, our contractor allowed his workers to put at least 2, different grout colors on our main floor. Can anyone suggest a fix? We’ve tried the grout paint. Wrong colors. We’ve tried overlapping the correct color grout, without much success. Any suggestions welcome. Thank you. 😊
