They then let you know you've overpaid, so you claim a refund, they sit on YOUR MONEY for 4 months or more, gaining interest, which they should pass on to the customer!!! 😡😡😡😡 They are so slack!!!!

yes I had one on Fri. it told me my child benefit was stopping because they said they believed I was still in Spain after going on holiday in June. I only went for 7 days and returned.

I told HMRC my bank details over the phone they put it in wrong asked me for bank details sent them. received them three months ago. Got told I’m in a queue. And there’s no time scale what do I do?now
