That would still be good but you don’t marked off half you’d have to eat it today or tomorrow or freeze it. You’re seeing a lot more of that because people aren’t buying beef. I did it today at all. They got 50% off.

After the cow dies the meat’s gonna get brown, no matter what if you want to see him if it’s good, you have to smell it. I wouldn’t trust a date. I would just smell it and if it smells OK it’s probably OK.

I've never had a problem eating brown steak and hamburger marked down on sell by date. however I refuse to trust pork and chicken marked down on SBD. in my teens I've even eaten beef 2 days expired and I was fine
