My Gisou lip oil is leaking. I bought this a week ago. I exchanged it on Saturday because it was leaking, and now I see that the plastic piece is cracking. It’s going to leak again soon, and I’m very disappointed. I really loved this lip oil, through :(

@Gisou SAME my sopper crumbles within 3 days of having it, it crumbled inside the lip oil so when I put it on it cut my lip. emailed Gisou and because I bought it at a sh beauty store in UK and not from their website they wanted nothing it do with it. just not ok. I'm down £23 and have a faulty product 🫠

The quality of those products are crap! My hair oil also leaked and ended up turning clear and smelt funny. I’ll never buy anything from that brand again
