I’ve made this before and it’s amazing! A quick time saving idea is to use a bag of coleslaw mix instead of the head of cabbage. But either one totally works!❤

I have been thinking about Egg Roll in a Bowl for a week or so. I used to make it with slaw mix but I ❤️you idea to use a rougher chop and cook it in the crockpot so dinner is ready when you are. I added Sriracha and Honey to my sauce to make it salty/sweet/spicy/umami yummy!
