This was easily preventable. She should’ve never been able to be alone with her children when she’s made that kind of threats before plus has just gotten out of the hospital for mental health issues. Unfortunately, these mental health issues aren’t a joke and sometimes not taken seriously as they should. Dang, heartbreaking
