I was this close to grabbing taco seasoning… then saw maltodextrin and said nope — not today. Then I passed the fancy oil section — avocado, canola, sunflower — all those sleek canisters staring at me like a trap. But I stayed strong, grabbed beef tallow, and moved straight to my win — New Zealand grass-fed butter on sale for $3.99! Checked the meats — half had sugar or canola oil (instant skip). Bone broth? Looked promising, but sugar again. Nope. Here’s what I did grab: Arrowhead water, Lemoncello LaCroix, Safeway Grass-fed New Zealand butter, cleaning sponges with Brillo pad, trash bags for the hotel, disinfectant wipes, more eggs, Canadian bacon, Colby Jack cheese, ground beef 80/20, chicken thighs, and gizzards.
