How would it be if it was 3 tasks but very clear? So like wipe the sink, pick up the towels and clean the bath? Or is it still too many things to focus on at once? ☺

on my chores list my mum literally wrote each task e. g. 1.wipe sink 2.bleach toilet 3.wipe windowsill

I realized it‘s much easier for me to „clean for 15 minutes“ than for me to „clean the bathroom“. Cleaning the entire bathroom sounds like it takes hours, but I have a task list for each room and if I just work on that list for 15 minutes I usually get it done

niche question but i'm travelling to tenerife in 3 weeks and I want to take my Elvanse. i had a google about taking controlled drugs out of the country but it wasn't very helpful. i asked my GP for a letter but they told me i have to pay £60 for it!! i have the original packaging with all the labels on etc will that be okay at the airport?? i'm abit anxious about going through security with it

when I go to clean one thing I end up doing 20 other things I saw on my way to go do that one task. so something that should have taken 5 mins is now an hour and a half.

I agree. Same issue. Each quick task touches something else. Then I do that. But it’s like dominoes.

I always start with one small thing. tosay I said, okay I will take down one small part of the halloween decorations. and then I did piece by piece and they are all taken down and put away neatly 😄. it helps to have a comfort show in the background.
