I think Vulcans should be more alien-like. slightly longer faces(akin to snouts), eyes that are much more forefront, tails, bodily anatomy that supports their odd internal organs, more/less fingers and toes, sharp teeth. because being more human is good for practical effects, but being NON HUMAN is a significant part of their idea. they have billions of years of culture different to humans, different beauty standards, different evolution.

I love how it’s clear that most of these were done with practical effects. Also the fact that the enterprise would still be a fully functioning utopia (relatively, compared to our world) with these as normal members of society moseying around.

Tbh I’ve always thought they should have darker skin on average due to being a desert planet. There are dark skin Vulcans but they’re definitely not shown to be a majority.

Uh…as a Trekkie I also bring this HC gift: Vulcans see themselves as we see them on screen (like what they look like on tv) but they actually look like these variety of pictures and so not one look, and humans just get used to it over time. But only humans see their real forms. This is the reason why the Vulcan/human wars started was because of how uncanny they actually appear to humans. Vulcans never understood that was the real reason for the human/vulcan wars and so they just assumed because humans are…humans
