I started to get plaque and cavities after my first dentist visit 😭 i only went for a check and they told me my smile is just fine and ask if i want to whiten them a bit and said yes then my teeth became very sensitive after that 😭

It’s actually called calculus or tartar. Plaque can be brushed off with a toothbrush, calculus needs to be removed by a professional.
