I'm very tender headed, if I've had my hair up too tight I get a headache and I end up feeling sick and sometimes I will end up being sick. I have days where my hair won't even let me put it up 😩😩😩

I have allodynia and I'm a glasses wearer, around my ears and where my glasses touch the back of my head are huge pain points for me (I also get chronic migraines). When I had long hair, putting it in a tight ponytail or bun was brutal.
