They make an adjustable elastic band that fits them. That’s what I have on mine and I wear it on my ankle too.

Yesss I put it on my ankle too ! You put it on your wrist it counts it each time you move your hand so not an accurate count that way

I also have a 10 dollar step counter that i place on my shoes that i got from walmart when i go do my walks it was way more accurate than my apple watch was on my ankle! I use it whenever i go on the tredmill or my tennis shoes as im going through the day i love it because it’s so simple!!
