Here’s my theory: just like every person Ru’s age, there starts to be flab happening under the arms, no matter how much you exercise. I think he’s keeping the arms low, bc he doesn’t want his age to show.

As a perimenpausal woman, I get frozen shoulder & can't lift my arm but also...getting older means loose, wobbly skin on the arm & you don't want to be waving your arms over your head.
