This is why I have to lay in my bed or on the floor after anything stressful and/or strenuous. Being horizontal seems to help get some blood flow back into my brain.

I’m like 99.9% sure I have some type of EDS, mostly hEDS. Does this explain my elevated resting heart rate?? Could EDS also be linked with my autism???

If I kneel down on my knees and then stand up after a minute my brain gets flushed with a lot of pressure. I’m seeing someone tomorrow to see if that’s related

I have been saying that of all the diagnoses that go together from audhd to pots to mcas etc that hypermobility was going to be the root cause, and I’m feeling pretty smart right now with my probably larger than average amygdala!

beyond thankful my rheumatologist beli3ve everything i tell him and does his own research after our appointments. he literally said at my appointment last week that if he intends to get me feeling better and if he can improve my quality of life it will be his greatest accomplishment in 20 years of practice.

how do we get a diagnosis though? I suspect I have hypermobile, which doesn't have genetic markers. my doc only cared about genetic markers.
