@nelsonracingengines: Our 8-throttle-body 7.0-liter 427 moves over 4,000 CFM of air when the throttles are wide open. This insane airflow makes the engine lightning-fast on response — it revs like a superbike. #NelsonRacingEngines

Serious questions for Nelson's engines guys . Is there a reason we don't use roller bearings ,or some sort of ball bearings in the rods and mains and cam shafts of our engines? Motor cycles have them...🤔just asking...it's 2025...

If you’ve ever built an individual throttle body engine before it’s an amazing amount of dialing in. I still have nightmares of hydrostatic

Hmm. 427ci is ~.25 cu ft. 4 stroke engine so ~.125 cu ft intake per rev. 4000cf would be 32000 revolutions. In a minute. 427 @ 32000RPM seems optimistic.
