Water temperature are supposed to be checked every shift. And by the way there are supposed to be regulators on facility water heaters.

In StL in 2017 a CNA forgot a resident in a bathtub over night. Resident was not found until get up. That was when her aide remembered she was in the tub. She was dead when they found her.
