You can legally film anything you can see while in public. People's feelings don't trump constitutional rights. This is exactly why qualified immunity needs to be dropped. Everyone in law enforcement should be 100% liable for their actions.

That guy is fuming. He’s boiling over. He wants to violate the man’s rights so bad. First of all, there’s no privacy in public. How do we know when we walk up to a courthouse whether there’s some inmates walking up as well. One would think that there would be some for back doors for cases where they want to hide inmates.
